Our AFI team exists of sneakerheads, which means that every order is handled with care and will be packaged to survive rough shipment. Be aware that the delivery person may care less, we are not responsible for any wear and tear of packaging that happens outside of our warehouse.

All orders are processed within 1 week and will be shipped out within 2 - 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or your specific item needs more outsourcing, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Updates will be send through mail.

You can return your item(s) within 10 days after receiving them. In order to be eligible for an item return, it must be unworn and in the condition that it was delivered, with the tag still attached.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on behalf of the item not fitting as preferred. The buyer must front the return postage. Be aware that we can't be held responsible for any issues that occur during the dispatch.

In the unlikely event that any mistake is made on our end (e.g. we ship you the wrong order) please contact us via info@accidentalfashionicon.com and we will explore the options and resolve the issue.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item. When approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days depending on your payment option.
